These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of usgetit.com and the services provided by RootCore LLC ("USGetIt", "we", "us").
USGetIt provides US company formation, business banking setup, registered agent services, purchasing, and forwarding services. The specific scope of services is determined by your selected package and any additional agreements made during consultation.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. The base package fee of $990 covers LLC formation, EIN application, registered agent setup, registered address, and bank account opening assistance. Additional services are quoted and billed separately.
We aim to complete the full setup within 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of all required documents. Timelines may vary depending on government processing times, banking verification, and the completeness of submitted documentation.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and valid identification documents. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable laws in your country of residence and in the United States, including tax obligations.
If we are unable to complete your company formation due to circumstances within our control, we will issue a full refund. State filing fees and third-party charges that have already been paid are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
USGetIt acts as a formation and facilitation service. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed financial advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for legal and tax matters specific to your situation.
