# Terms of Service Last updated: March 15, 2026 RootCore, LLC forms US companies and handles the administration around it. The fee is paid up front through Stripe. A typical engagement takes 3–4 weeks, but the timing of the authority and the bank is outside our control. Once work has started the fee is non-refundable, because the state fees have been paid out by then. We are not a law firm and we do not give tax advice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of usgetit.com and the services provided by RootCore LLC ("USGetIt", "we", "us"). ## Services USGetIt provides US company formation, business banking setup, registered agent services, purchasing, and forwarding services. The specific scope of services is determined by your selected package and any additional agreements made during consultation. ## Payment Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. The base package fee of $990 covers LLC formation, EIN application, registered agent setup, registered address, and bank account opening assistance. Additional services are quoted and billed separately. ## Delivery & Timeline We aim to complete the full setup within 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of all required documents. Timelines may vary depending on government processing times, banking verification, and the completeness of submitted documentation. ## Client Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and valid identification documents. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable laws in your country of residence and in the United States, including tax obligations. ## Refunds If we are unable to complete your company formation due to circumstances within our control, we will issue a full refund. State filing fees and third-party charges that have already been paid are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to [info@usgetit.com](mailto:info@usgetit.com). ## Limitation of Liability USGetIt acts as a formation and facilitation service. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed financial advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for legal and tax matters specific to your situation. ## Intellectual Property All content on usgetit.com — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of RootCore LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. ## Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
